Ghost stories at Fortress Louisbourg

louisbourgcandlelight-tour.JPG

Don't you love a good ghost story told in whispered tones by candlelight?

There a chance of them at Fortress Louisbourg Tour By Candlelight, every Tuesday evening, June 17 through September 30. The legend has it that the fortress is full of ghosts. On the candle-lit stroll, a guide will take you into the "nooks and crannies of Louisbourg's past" and share an eerie tale or two. The tour will begin with a warm drink and hearty meal at the 18th-Century Restaurant.
The event costs $35 per person.

i myself believe in these living very close to the fortress myself, i've seen pictures of ghosts in the fortress my grandfather owns his own pictures that he took of a strange mist with figures in it that he didn't discover was there until he got the film developed. I have also been in the fortress in the night, i can whole -heartily say the louisbourg fortress is haunted.
